Our client contacted us because their machine had a large oil leak in one section of the equipment. They visually noticed that the drive wheel was displaced and the bearings were clearly exposed. They informed us that their equipment had never received preventative maintenance and that they would no longer move it. We proceeded to verify and indeed the equipment was in poor mechanical condition due to lack of maintenance, which would have put both the equipment and its operators at risk.

Broken parts in the planetary transmission were rebuilt, for which the internal collision bearing races were machined, separators were manufactured in high toughness steel, the transmission was installed and our client was accompanied until the rehabilitation of his machine, since it was very urgent to enable it.
