At Mektron Mexico, we designed a vacuum injection molding machine that operates at 1.5 gallons per minute, specially optimized for liquid plastics such as polyurethane. We implemented easy-to-maintain vacuum pumps and a pneumatic piston positioning system that ensures completely airtight and leak-free transport. The machine allows for the balanced mixing of two chemicals in an oxygen-free environment, guaranteeing a pure and uniform reaction in every production run. With this technology, the customer can manufacture highly durable and precise parts.
